McKinsey Global Instititute. McKinsey is an international research and consulting firm catering to multinational corporate types, not lefty bloggers like me. In 2007 McKinsey published the results of an exhaustive study Accounting for the cost of health care in the United States, which is still relevant today as we face deficit/debt problems largely driven by insanely inflated health care costs.
